Hi and welcome to our room hire page, if you are looking to hire a

therapy room, then we have some very competitive rates as follows:

 We have 3 very spacious rooms upstairs for hire, with one very large room which can also be used as a workshop/lecture room capable of accommodating up to 10 sit down clients comfortably or 6 to 8 clients for workshops.

To join us as a member of our team you can take out sessions, which is by far the cheapest way of renting space here:

£128 per month or £32 per session paid in advance from the 12th of the month, covers 4 sessions of 5 hours each or 20 hours. If you go over the 20 hours you can either book further sessions for the next month or pay a subsidised hourly rate of £8 per hour for additional hours.

This rate is only available for those on sessions. Sessions of 5 hours can be broken up over the course of the week subject to availability, and because as a valid member of our team we give you your own set of keys so that you can use the premises at any convenient time.

For Non Members or non session hire:

Fee sharing: 30% of customer charge is retained by us, plus all customers will belong to the clinic.

Rental:

2 smaller rooms available at £10 per hour, and the large room at £12 per hour.

Daily Rates:

For Therapists wishing to take longer than 2 sessions per week or hire the large room for lectures and workshops:

3 to 4 sessions per week = £28.80 per session.

3 days plus per week will be on a negotiable rate with the owners of the practice.

For workshops/lectures: Large room only:

half day at £48 = 4 hours

Full Day at £86

Deposits of 50% is required to book the Lecture room 1 month in advance with the balance payable 1 week prior to booked date.   Deposits are non returnable.

If you require the lecture room for longer than half or 1 day than we will negotiate on the time needed.

Our premises include full reception facilities, window displays, leaflets in reception, free entry on to our website, free customer referrals unless on a fee sharing basis, and use of all facilities including card payments for your customers.

For Lecture/Workshop hire, we also offer an additional light catering facility, of finger type buffet, sandwiches, etc. tea/coffee/herbal teas for an additional fee. Prices TBA.
